A TR CU Declaration (Technical Regulation Declaration of Conformity for the Customs Union) is an official document confirming that the product was manufactured (as well as developed) in full compliance with all applicable requirements in place and the technical rules described in the particular Technical Regulations of the Customs Union.
A Certificate of State Registration is a document confirming that a particular product is safe for human health. This document is issued by the Ministry of Health and Social Development for the production or importation of products which meet the sanitary regulations and hygienic standards of Customs Union (Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan - which is valid across the entire territory of the union). The Customs Union Agreement on sanitary and hygienic standards entered into legal force as of July 1st, 2010.
The GOST R certificate of conformity confirms that the particular products are in compliance with the Russian GOST standards.
